20 years ago, I have entered the space of fitness and health, through boxing, kickboxing and eventually bodybuilding. But, I have since realized that all that training and even my "cool" 6-pack had left me feeling unhealthy, unhappy and.... pretty much miserable.
Because my body was falling apart.
And what's worse, my mind was falling apart as well!
This journey, led me to start expanding my knowledge and experimenting on myself: workouts, sleep, nutrition, fasting, meditations, and the list goes on and on.
I started working on mental, emotional, physical and spiritual - me.
And, being my own "guinea pig", I realized there are 7 key areas we have to address in order to reach true fulfillment, happiness, high energy levels and overall feeling great:

As I had started feeling powerful and amazing, I created "The Vucko Method", that addresses all main concerns of an individual to help them build a STRONG foundation that they can then, build on.
At the core of my approach lies a commitment to optimal health & performance — an integration of all the 7 pillars above tailored to each person and their individual needs, wants and schedules, or otherwise it's not going to work. And this is why most programs let people down. Well, not us!

With, now, over 20 years of experience, I help my clients from personalized workout routines to expert dietary guidance, to helping them improve how they feel day to day with increasing energy levels as well as mental wellbeing.
That being said, my mission became to empower individuals to feel optimal - daily, to feel like they're at a 10 so that they can create a life that's at a 10.
Through optimal sleep practices, mindful eating habits, evidence-based supplementation, sleep tracking, etc. I guide individuals on a path to sustainable health and vitality.
I offer a sustainable, holistic approach to health that’s rooted in my personal experience with food, body image, and overcoming injury. Over the years, I’ve learned that lasting wellness isn’t just about what we eat or how we exercise - it's about understanding the deep psychological and emotional factors that affect our relationship with food and our bodies.
I know from personal experience that anyone can follow a restrictive diet or overtrain and get skinny, even achieve a 6-pack, but at what cost? This approach often destroys both body and mind. That’s why I focus on something deeper - helping women develop lasting, healthy habits through mindset shifts and intuitive eating.
In a world obsessed with quick fixes, I offer a long-term solution. My approach is different from diet culture. Instead of telling you what to eat and for how long, I work with you to understand how you feel about food, your beliefs, and your emotions so that you can start eating intuitively. It’s not about calorie counting or restrictive diets; it’s about building a healthier, more trusting relationship with your body.
I’ve personally struggled with weight, binge eating, hormonal imbalances, and injuries, so I understand the challenges many women face. My journey allows me to connect with my clients on a deeper level, offering not just professional knowledge but real-life empathy.
I don’t agree with mainstream fitness ideas that push calorie counting and rigid diet plans. Health isn’t about getting skinny or following a diet for a set amount of time - it’s about learning to listen to your body and embracing habits that truly support your well-being.
