🌸 My Story:

For 20 years, I lived in survival mode - and I didn’t even know it.

I remember thinking: "Death has to be easier than this".

My life felt like a "life-sentence".

I had a glass ceiling on my income, stalled business growth, and relationships that were far from healthy. I kept searching for love in the wrong places, carried loneliness I never admitted to, and wore anger as my armor. On the outside, I was the “tough fitness girl” who could power through anything. On the inside, I was running on empty.

Motherhood was my saving grace - the one thing I always loved - but it was also my wake-up call. I didn’t want my son to inherit the patterns I grew up with. I wanted to be the best version of me for him and break the generational dysfunction that had shaped my life. In the early years, my relationship was turbulent until I learned how to communicate and show up differently.

I did what most people do when they want change:
I invested in business coaches, created strategies, bought the software, went to networking events, and worked harder than ever. I felt like I was giving my all. And while some things worked for a while, nothing lasted.

The truth was this: You CANNOT create lasting change when your nervous system is stuck in survival mode.

Your body will always pull you back to what it knows is “safe” - even if it’s not serving you.

When I finally started with my nervous system first, everything shifted:

· My health improved (no more thyroid issues, aches pains, or even hormonal imbalance!).

· My business grew (clients started showing up out of "nowhere" it seemed).

· My relationships deepened (no more snapping at others, or getting triggered).

And I had the energy and clarity to create the life I actually wanted - one with multiple aligned businesses, a thriving family life, and the freedom to live on my terms.

Now, I help women who feel stuck create nervous system freedom so they can step into a new identity and build a life they truly love. Because true freedom starts in your nervous system.
